John Lee

John Lee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. John most recently served as the Vice President at Blue Water Thinking starting in October 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Sigma Health Consulting, LLC for 8 years as the Director, where they developed a Biomedical Engineering Portfolio Management solution and served as the account lead for a $4.5M annually portfolio.

Before Sigma Health Consulting, LLC, John was a Manager at Performix Consulting, LLC from November 2010 to June 2015. In this role, they developed a benefits and metrics framework and served as the lead resource for Benefits Realization efforts for various system implementations in the healthcare industry.

Earlier in their career, John worked at Time Warner Cable as the Process Compliance & Improvement Manager from January 2007 to November 2010. John was responsible for driving divisional performance and developing reporting mechanisms and metrics.

John also has experience at Kadix as a Senior Consultant, where they worked on reducing redundancy in the Rental Housing Assistance Program and assisted in design sessions and OMB 300 submissions. John worked at Nextel as an Operations Planner and at Cable and Wireless as a Senior Project Manager, leading teams and managing service delivery operations. John also worked as a Project Manager at Savvis.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, develop solutions, and drive performance in various industries.

John Lee earned a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida, which they completed between 1993 and 1998. John furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they completed from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their degrees, John Lee also obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in July 2013.
