Andrew Searle

Andrew Searle has over 18 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. Andrew began their career in 2003 as a Regional Revenue Manager at Lodgian. In 2005, they became a General Manager at Hampton Inn. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as a Regional Operations and Revenue Manager at High Peaks Hospitality, LLC. Andrew then moved to Suite Hospitality Management, where they worked as a Regional Operations and Revenue Manager from 2014 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Regional Director of Revenue Management at Schulte Hospitality Group. Andrew is currently employed as a General Manager at Candlewood Suites\u00ae Hotels and a Regional Revenue Manager at Blue Water.

Andrew Searle obtained an Associates degree in Hotel Technology from Onondaga Community College between 1992 and 1995. Andrew also holds an IHG RMAC Certified certification from InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG\u00ae).
