Eileen Gonzalez, CPCC, has a long and varied work experience. In 1997, they began their career as a Data Entry Clerk at MDNY Healthcare, and in 2000 they moved to Lanco Promotions as a Supervisor - Order Entry. In 2003, they joined Motorola Solutions as a Customer Care Manager, where they managed a team of 5 direct and 7 indirect reports. From 2011 to 2016, they wrote and published two books, 'Life According to Me' and 'Dancing With the Devil'. In 2016, they became the Director of Recruiting at Capital Contractors Inc. A portfolio company of Palladium Equity Partners. In 2020, they founded and became the owner of MTI - Master the Interview. In 2021, they worked as a Sr. Recruiter at WilsonHCG and Nike, and as a Senior Recruiter at Magnit. Currently, they are the Talent Acquisition Manager at Blue Water.

Eileen Gonzalez, CPCC has an education history that includes a Certificate in Computer Science from ECCP College from 1987 to 1989, and a Certificate in Certified Professional Career Coach from PARW/CC in 2020.
