Leesa Harvey-Dowdle

Leesa Harvey-Dowdle has been in the human resources field since 2010. Leesa began their career as Home Services Director/Jefferson County Coordinator for the Cerebral Palsy Association & Community Health Center of the North Country in 2010. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as Regional Liaison/Program Manager: Behavioral Health & Workforce for the Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization. During this time, they also worked as Human Resources Generalist for Allied Motion Technologies Inc. In 2019, they took on the role of Regional Manager - CNY/North Country for Children's Health Home of Upstate New York (CHHUNY). Currently, they are a Field Human Resources Generalist for Blue Water.

Leesa Harvey-Dowdle holds a BA in Psychology from the State University of New York College at Potsdam and an Associate of Arts - AA in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Jefferson Community College. In addition, they have obtained a number of certifications, including Senior Professional in Human Resources with Payroll Practice Management from Jefferson Community College in March 2022, Certified in Screening, Brief, Referral, Intervention for Treatment (SBIRT) from OASAS in September 2018, Certified Question, Persuade & Refer Trainer (Suicide Prevention) from the QPR Institute in August 2018, Nationally Certified Adult Mental Health First Aid Trainer from Mental Health First Aid USA in August 2017, Nationally Certified Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor from Mental Health First Aid USA in October 2018, and both the Jefferson County Non-Profit Leadership Program and the Jefferson Leadership Institute from The Greater Watertown North Country Chamber of Commerce.
