Eric Diesch

Eric Diesch has a diverse work experience in various industries. ERIC started their career as a Commercial Real Estate Investment Intern at F.N.B. Corporation in 2007. ERIC then worked as a Business Manager at Kiewit from 2008 to 2010, where they handled financial reporting, human resources, compliance coordination, and accounts management for projects worth millions of dollars. Eric also worked as a Broker Associate at AXIO Commercial Real Estate from 2010 to 2014, focusing on retail leasing and marketing campaigns.

In 2014, Eric joined Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors as a Senior Advisor for Leasing, where they developed and managed a portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers. ERIC also had multiple responsibilities, including reporting, marketing development, tenant mix analysis, marketing planning, and cold calling. In 2015, they moved to SRS Real Estate Partners as a First Vice President in the Investment Property Group, utilizing their vast experience in commercial real estate and construction.

Returning to Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in 2018 as the Vice President for Retail Investment Sales, Eric led a team involved in the transaction of strip centers, shopping centers, and single tenant assets in Colorado and the Southwest U.S. Lastly, in 2021, Eric contributed as a Greyshirt volunteer for Team Rubicon, a non-profit organization. Currently, Eric holds the position of Director of Investment Sales at Blue West Capital, starting in 2024.
