Matthew Stonebridge

Matthew Stonebridge is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in equity analysis and portfolio management. Currently serving as Co-Portfolio Manager and previously in roles such as Assistant Portfolio Manager and Equity Analyst at Blue Whale Capital since August 2018, Matthew has cultivated a strong expertise in investment strategies. Prior experience includes working as an Equity Analyst at a multi-billion dollar family office, and as an Analyst at Nevsky Capital. Matthew began a career in finance at Ruffer LLP, where roles included Research Associate and Institutional Investment Associate, alongside multiple internships at prominent financial institutions such as Barclays Capital and Deutsche Bank. Matthew holds a degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham and completed secondary education at Highgate School.
