Eve Mongiardo

Ms. Mongiardo is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Blue Wolf Capital Partners. Ms. Mongiardo has an active role in management of the firm. She oversees all aspects of finance, investor relations and reporting, investment and tax structuring, fundings, valuations, cash management, and works closely with the investment team.

Ms. Mongiardo is a senior executive with decades of experience leading successful initiatives and optimizing financial management processes, and over 20 years as a private equity CFO. Prior to joining Blue Wolf, she provided consulting and advisory services through her own firm, including CFO advisory services, best practice, operational excellence review, and capital raising initiatives. Ms. Mongiardo spent 12 years with Irving Place Capital, where she was a Partner, and has held senior roles at Soros Private Funds Management and Goldman Sachs. She started her career at Deloitte, where she spent four years in the auditing practice.

Ms. Mongiardo is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.S. from Lehigh University and a M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. She is involved with and sits on the boards of various professional and corporate organizations.
