Lakshmi Prasad

Lakshmi Prasad is a finance and accounting leader with over 14 years of progressive experience in steering strategic financial operations and driving business value across global organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Accounts & Finance at Blue Yonder, he leads the accounting operations for India, encompassing general ledger, payroll, and treasury functions, while also managing the accounts payable function across the APAC and EMEA regions.

Prasad brings deep expertise in end-to-end finance and accounting functions including financial reporting, audits, payroll, treasury, fund management, and mergers & acquisitions. He is recognized for his ability to deliver high-impact financial leadership, especially in month-end and year-end closings, statutory and internal audits, and complex M&A transactions — from due diligence to post-deal integration.

With a proven track record of building efficient finance teams and optimizing financial processes, Prasad has played a key role in strengthening financial governance and supporting global expansion initiatives. Prior to joining Blue Yonder, he served as Head of Accounting and Finance at Kratos, and held progressive finance roles at Laurus Bio and Jindal Industries, gaining broad exposure across industries and operational functions.
