Prathiksha has extensive experience in human resources and associate success, currently serving as Lead, Associate Success at Blue Yonder since June 2019. Previous roles at Blue Yonder include Assistant Manager and Senior Executive in the same domain. Prior to this, Prathiksha worked at Schneider Electric, holding positions from HR Executive to Assistant Manager HR Business Partner from December 2015 to June 2019. Initial experience includes an HR Intern role at IKYA Human Capital Solutions and an Operations Intern position at Amazon. Prathiksha holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and Management with a focus on Psychology, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology Honors, all obtained from Christ University, Bangalore.
