Edd Benson

Edd Benson is a skilled animator with extensive experience in the animation industry. Currently serving as a Mid Animator at Blue Zoo Animation Studio since July 2024, Edd has previously worked as a Feature Animator at Jellyfish Pictures from February 2023 to June 2024 and as an Animator at Fudge Animation Studios between August 2021 and June 2023. Edd's career began at Blue Zoo Animation Studio as a Junior Animator for Numberblocks Series 5, followed by a role as a Junior Animator at Finger Industries for Beep Beep Series 3. Edd also contributed to KERRUPT STOP-MOTION ANIMATION, producing various stop-motion animated shorts for major toy companies while handling additional tasks such as scriptwriting and post-production. Educationally, Edd earned a Bachelor of Arts in Animation from Sheffield Hallam University and completed further training at AnimSchool in 2020, with foundational education at Helsby High School between 2005 and 2012.
