Victor Hugo Israel

Victor Hugo Israel currently serves as Líder de operações at Blue3 Investimentos, overseeing operations within the advisory desk since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Financial Advisor and Full Equity & Derivatives Sales Trader, as well as Junior Equity & Derivatives Sales Trader, all while working at Ministério Público do Estado de São Paulo from August 2019 to June 2021. Earlier, Victor participated in a cultural exchange program in the United States through Rotary International from August 2015 to July 2016. Victor holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Faculdade de Direito de Franca, completed in 2021.
