Christopher Santos, CHTP, has extensive experience in technical operations within the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Technical Operations at BlueAlly since April 2025. Prior roles include Manager of Property Technology Operations for the Americas at Rosewood Hotel Group from May 2019 to April 2025, and IT Manager positions at Langham Hospitality Group and The Meritage Resort and Spa. Christopher also held IT roles at Chelsea Hotel and previously worked as an IT Systems Administrator at Langham Hospitality Group. Early career positions include Sr. Systems Engineer at Vista Healthcare, Sr. Technical Engineer at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach, and Regional Systems Administrator at Viceroy Hotel Group. Christopher earned a Bachelor of Science in Business IT Management from Western Governors University.
