Valentijn de Neve

Valentijn de Neve serves as the Chief Executive Officer of BlueAlp since November 2021, driving the mission to create a better world for future generations through truly circular plastics. Under Valentijn's leadership, BlueAlp employs proprietary technology to transform plastic waste into valuable feed for the chemicals industry. Prior to this role, Valentijn was with Shell from October 2013 to November 2021, holding various positions, including the global finance lead for the Plastics Circular Economy. Valentijn also gained experience as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from March 2011 to September 2013, following an internship there in the summer of 2010. Earlier, Valentijn interned at Shell in the Global Business Environment team in 2010. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees from the University of Groningen, culminating in a Master of Science in Finance.
