Phillip Casley

Phillip Casley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Phillip began their career as an Assistant Textbook Manager at Barnes and Noble College Booksellers-University of South Carolina in 2006. Phillip later served as a Store Manager at B&N College from 2007 to 2013, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing sales, inventory, and customer service.

In 2014, Phillip joined Kennametal as an HRIS Intern, providing analytical support for HRIS projects and troubleshooting system issues. Phillip progressively moved up the ranks to become a Sr. Data Analyst and Senior HRIS Analyst, focusing on global processes and continuous improvement. Their time at Kennametal lasted from 2014 to 2020.

Phillip then joined JELD-WEN, Inc. in 2020 as a Sr Business Analyst, specializing in HR reporting and analytics before transitioning into the role of HR Analytics Manager. Here, they gained expertise in HR analytics and played a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making within the HR department.

Currently, Phillip holds the position of HRIS Manager at Bluebeam, Inc. since February 2022 and is responsible for leading global HR technology initiatives. As of August 2023, they hold the position of Director, Global HR Technology.

Phillip Casley obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Support and Training Management from the University of South Carolina, graduating in 2005. In 2014, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Human Resources at Winthrop University. In terms of additional certifications, Phillip obtained the following: SAP Product Knowledge 2023 - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core Expert (SFX) from SAP in June 2023, SuccessFactors eXpert Accreditation - Compensation, eXpert Accreditation - Employee Central, eXpert Accreditation - Foundations, eXpert Accreditation - Reporting, eXpert Accreditation - Workforce Analytics from SAP SuccessFactors in April 2018, and SAP Product Knowledge 2021 - SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics Story Reporting Expert (SFX) from SAP in August 2021.
