Fiona Kennedy

Fiona Kennedy is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in global human resources roles across various industries. Currently serving as the GB HR Director at Diageo since January 2021, Fiona previously held significant positions at AstraZeneca, where roles included Global HR Business Partner and Regional HR Director for the EMEA Supply function. Prior to AstraZeneca, Fiona gained valuable experience at Barclays Bank, supporting IT functions, and worked in human resources at Kellogg Company, AMEC, and Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities spanned training, employee relations, and corporate benefits.
