Lorna Simpson is the Head of Merchandising at BlueBella. Lorna has over 10 years of experience in the industry, having worked their way up from an International Buying Team & Indian sourcing role at Marks and Spencer, to a Senior International Merchandiser, and finally to their current role.

Lorna is an expert in range planning, markdown management, WSSI, and volume-driving promotional strategies. Lorna has a proven track record in delivering growth and profitability for their companies. For example, during their time as the Commercial lead on the Direct Delivery Project, they were responsible for taking GM product direct from source to market – which delivered an increase in company profit and decrease in lead time for partners.
