Brooke Rowe

Brooke Rowe is an experienced talent and organizational development professional currently serving as the Talent and Organizational Development Lead at Blueberry since November 2025. Prior to this role, Brooke spent over a decade at IPG Mediabrands, where positions included Senior People and Culture Director - Talent Management and Operations, People and Culture Director, and People and Culture Director, Business Partner.
