Ildiko Kropok

She has been working at Bluebird since 2012, starting as a Controlling Assistant, later becoming a Controller, then a Project Coordinator, and is now the Head of Finance. She graduated from the University of Pécs with a degree in Finance and Accounting.

She values analytical thinking, a systematic approach, teamwork, and accountability. She continuously supports her team’s professional development and contributes to the company’s financial stability. She is open to new technologies and innovative financial solutions.
