Charlotte Jones-Burton

Charlotte Jones-Burton, MD, MS, is a dynamic leader in the fields of medicine and venture capital with extensive experience in nephrology and pharmaceutical development. Currently serving as a Partner at 2Flo Ventures and a Member of the Board of Trustees for the American Kidney Fund, Charlotte is also an active member of Pipeline Angels, which focuses on supporting diverse entrepreneurs. With a long history in the pharmaceutical industry, including roles as Senior Vice President at Chinook Therapeutics, Vice President at Otsuka, and Executive Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Charlotte has expertise in cardiovascular and renal clinical development. Educationally, Charlotte holds a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Maryland and a Master’s in Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine, complemented by a background in Biology and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. Additionally, Charlotte co-owns CycleBar Franchising and co-founded B. Inspired LLC, emphasizing family, education, health, and philanthropy.
