Heather Caouette

Heather Caouette is an experienced professional in the field of biotechnology, currently serving as the Director of CMC Strategy & Operations at bluebird bio, where responsibilities include leading commercial CMC teams for Zynteglo and Skysona, and overseeing product leadership within the Technical Development and Operations team. Prior roles at bluebird bio included Associate Director and various positions focused on CMC project management and external manufacturing. With a solid foundation in quality control and operations from previous positions at Shire Pharmaceuticals and Acceleron Pharma, Heather has demonstrated expertise in analytical testing and lab compliance. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northeastern University.
