Curtis Tucker has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on sales engineering and technical solutions. Curtis began their career at AT&T as a Communications Technician and later worked at State Farm Insurance in the same role. Tucker then joined Sprint as a Principal Network Design Engineer before moving to Embarq, where they worked as a Principle Network Engineer and later as a Technical Architect.

In 2008, Tucker joined Motorola as a Sales Engineer, configuring and designing IPTV and cable video head ends. Curtis also provided price quotes to customers and received substantial training on Motorola's video product line. After leaving Motorola, they worked at Satellite Engineering Group as a Senior Sales Engineer, designing satellite dish farms and providing bill of materials to sales managers.

Tucker then joined Motorola Mobility as a Sales Engineer, designing IPTV, FTTX, and RF Digital Head End Designs for a Tier 2 Telecommunications Company. Curtis also provided customer details and quotes. After their time at Motorola Mobility, they worked at ARRIS as a Senior Sales Engineer, where they designed and provided customer details for IPTV components and led conference calls with customers and business units to explain installation and configuration tasks.

Most recently, Tucker worked at Bluebird Network LLC as a Solutions Engineer, working closely with the Sales Account Managers to provide technical solutions for customers. Curtis conveyed customer requirements to the engineering teams and participated in Sales Account Team meetings to understand the sales processes and expectations.

Curtis Tucker attended Devry Institute from 1981 to 1983, but didn't complete a degree or specify a field of study. Later on, they obtained several additional certifications. In 2016, they earned the certification for NRS1 - 4A0-100 IP Scalable Networks from Nokia. In 2011, they obtained the Wireline Cable and Headend/Hub Network Design certification from Cisco, as well as the CCDA (Cisco Certified Design Associate) certification. Furthermore, in 2019, they obtained the Carrier Ethernet Certified Professional 3.0 certification from Nan Chen, and in 2018, they earned the certification for NRS1 - 4AO-103 Multiprotocol Label Switching from Nokia. Finally, in 2017, they obtained the certification for 4AO-104 - Nokia Services Architecture from Nokia.
