Daniel Shannon

Daniel Shannon is an experienced retail professional with a diverse background in management and customer service. Currently serving as Retail Store Manager at Bird & Blend Tea Co. since April 2021, Daniel has previously held roles as Assistant Manager and Mixologist within the same company. Prior to this, Daniel worked at Next as an Administrative Assistant and gained significant experience in various roles including Cosmetics Manager at Debenhams and Visual Manager at Next. Daniel began a career in retail with a focus on menswear, expanding expertise across multiple departments. Educational qualifications include an NVQ in Business and Customer Service and a BTEC Level 2 in Art and Design from Southdowns College.
