Jess Stephens

Jess Stephens serves as the Chief Growth Officer (Fractional) at Bird & Blend Tea Co., an independent award-winning tea company, since December 2023. As an entrepreneur, consultant, and writer at jessstephens.co.uk since June 2019, Jess previously held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Kit & Kin from September 2019 to August 2023, a family brand focused on eco-friendly products. Prior to that, Jess was the Chief Marketing Officer at TrustedHousesitters from January 2017 to June 2019, the world's largest house and pet sitting platform. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Marketing Officer at SmartFocus, Director and Founder of TagPoints, and in various marketing roles at MoneySupermarket Local Deals, Local Daily Deals, Filofax, and Graduate Recruitment Bureau. Jess holds an MA in English from the University of Sussex.
