Matt Hendon

Matt Hendon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matt started their career at Resident Music in 2006 as a Retail Manager, where they were recognized for the store's achievements in the Music Week Awards. In 2011, they co-founded Where To Now? Records, a record label, and was responsible for overseeing all aspects of its operation. Matt joined Bird & Blend Tea Co. in 2017 as an Operations Manager and eventually worked their way up to Associate Director and Operations Director. Matt'sroles at Bird & Blend Tea Co. involved managing operations and ensuring efficient processes.

Matt Hendon holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis from the University of Brighton. In addition, they attended the Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Academy from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained Counselling Skills grades 2 & 3.
