Nate Foster (Nag Chowdary) has a diverse range of work experience. Nate started their career in 2015 as a Technical Recruiter at 247Hire, where they gained expertise in sourcing qualified candidates across IT and non-IT industries. Nate utilized job boards and deep-web searches to find suitable candidates and was proficient in using ATS systems like Bullhorn, Job Diva, and Salesforce.

In 2016, Nate took on the role of Subject Matter Expert at 247Hire, where they handled full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and setting up interviews. Nate also assisted recruiters in understanding client requirements, identified the right talent for each position, and conducted resume screening, applicant interviews, and reference checks.
