Suresh Mani has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Suresh began their career in 2000 as a Senior Engineer in OEM Sales & Marketing at UCAL Fuel Systems Ltd, where they were responsible for sales forecasting, sales plan preparation, material delivery, and payment reconciliation. During their time at UCAL, they successfully implemented new delivery systems that resulted in a significant reduction in inventory costs.

In 2004, Suresh joined SKF India, a Swedish multinational company, as a Key Account Manager in OEM Sales. Here, they focused on generating new markets, creating a new client base, and providing client servicing for bearings and seals used in the automotive and industrial sectors.

After gaining experience at SKF India, Suresh moved on to Sundaram Clayton Limited in 2006 as an Assistant Manager in OEM Sales. At Sundaram-Clayton, they were responsible for key account management and successfully achieved monthly and quarterly sales targets, exceeding the annual sales target by 8%.

In 2007, Suresh joined FOMAS Group as a Manager in Sales & Marketing. Suresh collaborated with global customers like GE, Siemens, and Alstom, successfully developing and increasing export sales, resulting in $10 million in export sales to GE.

In 2012, Suresh became Senior Manager in Sales & Marketing at L&T Special Steels & Heavy Forgings Pvt. Limited, a joint venture between Larsen & Toubro Limited and Nuclear Power Corporation of India. Here, they were responsible for identifying potential customers in the power and oil & gas sectors, pursuing customer approvals, and obtaining first piece qualification orders.

Suresh then joined L&T Valves as an Assistant General Manager in Sales in 2015. In this role, they were responsible for business development and sales of valves packages for customers in the power sector, including Doosan Power, BGR Boilers & Energy, and Larsen & Toubro Power.

Most recently, Suresh joined Bluebix Solutions in 2017 as the Director of Business Development. In this role, they focused on providing next-generation staffing solutions in various sectors, including IT, engineering, automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, and pharma.

Throughout their career, Suresh has demonstrated a strong ability to drive sales, develop and maintain client relationships, and successfully implement strategies to achieve business goals.

Suresh Mani completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology from 1996 to 2000. In 2004 to 2007, they pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in International Business from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
