Alicia Scocchia

Alicia Scocchia, MS, CGC, LGC is a skilled professional in the field of clinical genetics, currently serving as a Clinical Genomics Liaison at Blueprint Genetics since August 2020. Alicia has extensive experience in genetic counseling and education, holding positions such as Student Research Project Coordinator and Adjunct Professor at Augustana University since January 2017. Previously, Alicia worked as a Scientific Program Manager at Invitae and held multiple roles at Illumina, including Senior Genetic Counselor. Other positions include Genetic Counselor roles at PWNHealth, Human Longevity, Inc., and Saddleback Memorial Medical Center, along with management of diagnostic assessment programs at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. Alicia's early experience includes a role as Registry Data Manager at Rockefeller University and an internship in Cancer Genetic Counseling at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
