BlueCat Screenplay Competition
Ana Gamundi, M.F.A., is an experienced script reader currently working with the BlueCat Screenplay Competition since February 2021, providing analytical feedback on various scripts. As an independent screenwriter since January 2019, Ana also serves as a curriculum advisor and guest speaker for Urban Exposure and the Azubuike African American Council for the Arts. Previous professional roles include executive/personal assistant at EuropaCorp, film development intern at Team Downey Productions, and events assistant at Loyola Marymount University. Ana's educational background includes a Master of Fine Arts in Writing for the Screen from Loyola Marymount University, a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Miami, and an Associate of Arts in Drama and Political Science from The Honors College at Miami Dade College. Additionally, Ana directed a series of short plays at Miami Dade College and held an internship in the Office of the Mayor for the City of Doral.
