BlueCat Screenplay Competition
Joseph Traverso is an experienced professional in the entertainment industry, currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Principal Entertainment LA since February 2022, where responsibilities include managing administrative tasks and maintaining project grids for film and television. Traverso also has been a Script Reader for the BlueCat Screenplay Competition since July 2019, providing analysis and feedback on various screenplays. Previous roles include Creative Assistant/Development Coordinator at Minted Content and Development Internships at HYDE PARK ENTERTAINMENT, INC and The Hideaway Entertainment. A graduate of DePaul University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film and Television Directing and a Minor in Screenwriting, Traverso has also gained production experience working as a Production Assistant on various projects, including a live Fall Out Boy concert and the "Rampage" film.
