Ivan Ivanovic

Ivan Ivanovic's work experience includes a role as Director Customer Care at BlueCat since December 2023. Ivan was previously a Customer Care Manager at the same company from January to December 2023. Before that, Ivanovic worked as a CISO and IP Team Leader at A1 Srbija d.o.o. from April 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Vip mobile d.o.o., including CISO and IP Team Leader from March 2020 to April 2021, IT Infrastructure and IP networks Team Leader from April 2019 to February 2020, IP Network Team Leader from June 2017 to April 2019, IP Network Lead Expert from April 2016 to June 2017, and IP Network Expert from December 2013 to April 2016. Ivanovic also worked at the University of Belgrade Computer Center as Head Of Network Department from February 2012 to December 2013, and as a CCNA, CCNP, CCNA security - Cisco certified instructor from January 2010 to December 2013. Ivan started their career as a Network Engineer at RCUB/AMRES helpdesk from August 2008 to February 2012.

Ivan Ivanovic completed their Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (M.Sc.E.E.) with a specialization in Telecommunication at the University of Belgrade from 2000 to 2007. In 2008 to 2009, they attended the RCUB Cisco Networking Academy and obtained a CCNA certification. Apart from these educational achievements, Ivanovic has also obtained various certifications from Cisco and Juniper Networks, including CCNA Security, CCNP Routing and Switching, and JNCIS-SP.
