Petrisa Pecnik is the Vice President of Customer Success at BlueCat. Petrisa has over 18 years of experience in customer-facing roles in the telecommunications and technology industries.

Petrisa began their career as a Financial Analyst at Cintas Canada Ltd. in 2002. Petrisa was promoted to Senior Account Manager, Global Accounts in 2006 and managed billing and support service teams for North and South America and the Caribbean. In 2011, they joined BlackBerry as Manager - Carrier Affairs, Americas where they led a team of 12 and supported over 180 wireless carriers and 75 service partners in 3 languages. During their time at BlackBerry, they also participated in contract negotiation and SLA negotiation with carriers and partners globally.

In 2015, Petrisa joined BlueCat as Vice President of Customer Success. In this role, they are responsible for leading the customer success organization and ensuring that BlueCat’s customers are successful in achieving their business goals.

Petrisa Pecnik has an Executive MBA in International Business from Athabasca University and a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Management from Athabasca University. Petrisa also has a B.Comm in Business - Accounting from Ryerson University.

They are on a team with David Jones - Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific/Japan, David Penny - Chief Technology Officer, and Jim Williams - Vice President, Marketing. Petrisa Pecnik reports to Stephen Devito, Chief Executive Officer.
