Salvador Martínez Valenzuela has a diverse work history spanning over 20 years. Salvador is currently working at BlueCat as the Regional Lead-Channel Sales & Alliance Director for Latin America, responsible for implementing and executing the Channel Sales Strategy and driving growth in the region.
Before joining BlueCat, Salvador worked as a Sales and Strategy Consultant in 2021, where they helped IT Integrators, Channels, and Value Added Resellers improve their sales productivity and go-to-market strategies. Salvador also established new quota and territory guidelines and recruited sales representatives and sales engineers.
From 2011 to 2021, Salvador was employed at Cisco Systems as a Major Account Manager. In this role, they built and maintained relationships with enterprise accounts in various segments, such as retail, finance, and manufacturing. Salvador consistently achieved and exceeded sales quotas by developing trusted advisor relationships and understanding both the infrastructure requirements and business needs of their clients. Salvador significantly increased Cisco's account penetration and overall footprint within the enterprise segment.
Prior to Cisco, Salvador worked at Dell for several positions starting in 1999. Salvador held roles such as Major Account Manager, Global Account Manager, Inside Sales Representative, Service Account Manager Senior Analyst, and CSD Technical Engineer Team Leader. Throughout their time at Dell, they successfully managed relationships with global accounts, hunted and penetrated new accounts, and provided technical support and services to government and enterprise customers.

Salvador Martínez Valenzuela attended the IPADE Business School from 2014 to 2015, completing a Diplomado in the Programa de Formación Directiva. From 2010 to 2011, they also attended the IPADE Business School, where they earned a Diplomatura in the Programa de Desarrollo Ejecutivo para Alta Dirección en Tecnología. In 2009, Salvador briefly studied at the IPADE Business School. Earlier in their education, from 1996 to 2002, they attended the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, although their degree and field of study during that time are unknown.
