Tomás Rueda Laje

Tomás Rueda Laje currently holds multiple roles, including Arbitro and Secretario at the Corte de Arbitraje Especializado en Propiedad Intelectual y Nuevas Tecnologías, and serves as an Intellectual Property Specialist at Blueclip. Since August 2012, Tomás has been affiliated with Universidad Blas Pascal as Secretario of the Sala de Derecho de la Propiedad Intelectual y Nuevas Tecnologías and as a professor for courses in Derecho Privado Actual and Derecho Civil I. As a founding partner at Estudio Rueda Laje since February 2011, Tomás has also gained experience as an Associate Attorney at Lex Moderna and as a member of the Sala de Blockchain e Inteligencia Artificial. Previous legal roles include positions at Estudio Beccar Varela, the Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas, and Segal, Turner y Asociados. Tomás holds a Master en Derecho Empresario from Universidad Austral, a Master en Derecho de los Negocios Internacionales from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a Postgraduate Degree in Advanced Course on Arbitration and Mediation Procedure from the WIPO Academy.
