Kristi Balding is an experienced real estate agent at BlueCoast Realty Corporation since March 2021 and a co-founder of Epic Excursions since 2018. Previously, Kristi co-owned Ian Balding Paddle & Surf from 2017 to 2018, overseeing employees, marketing campaigns, and website design to enhance service offerings and revenue. Before these roles, Kristi served as an account manager at Coty from 2016 to 2017, continuing after Coty's acquisition of Procter & Gamble brands, and spent over a decade as an account manager for Procter & Gamble and The Wella Corporation, where responsibilities included joint business planning and key account sales evaluations. Kristi holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
