Natalie Kruselburger

Natalie Kruselburger has a diverse work experience starting from an HR Internship at Hajvery University in 2014, followed by a Sales Assistant role at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf. Natalie then moved on to AIESEC in Innsbruck as Head of PR & Marketing before joining GE for an Internship in Human Resources. Natalie then worked at Novartis as a Recruiting Coordinator before joining Hypo Tirol Bank AG for strategische Personalentwicklung & Employer Branding. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Business Management at Bluecode and has also served as Head of Human Resources and HR Manager at the same company.

Natalie Kruselburger holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Economics from Universität Innsbruck, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Natalie later pursued a Master's degree in International Business & Management at MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Geprüfte Personalentwicklerin" from ÖPWZ in 2019 and "Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung Grundlagen" from WIFI Tirol in 2021.
