Gatien Ceulemans has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at ZEEBRA Graphic in Brussels and an internship at Kiss That Frog in San Francisco. Gatien then worked as a Project Coordinator at BNP Paribas Fortis, where they managed the deployment of new telephony systems in 500 branches. Gatien also served as a Change Management Officer for the implementation of the New Performance Cycle.

Ceulemans then joined ArcelorMittal as a Project Management Officer, coordinating and facilitating business transformation initiatives. Gatien later joined Ormit Belgium as a Management Trainee, gaining experience in various management missions across different companies.

Gatien'snext role was at Hilti Belux, where they served as a Product Manager and an Area Sales Manager, responsible for managing product portfolios and leading a sales team. Gatien then joined BIA Group, first as a Regional Sales Manager, then as a Product Business Development Manager. Gatien ultimately became the Head of Operation Support and Head of Parts Business Development/Product Management, overseeing parts business across multiple countries in Africa and Benelux and managing relationships with OEMs and brand strategies.

Gatien Ceulemans has a diverse education history. Gatien started by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in International Trade with a focus on Finance from EPHEC in 2009. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business at Ichec Brussels Management School, which they completed in 2010. Gatien then continued their studies at the same institution, completing a Master's degree in Commercial Sciences with a specialization in International Management in 2011. Gatien'sMaster's thesis focused on Entrepreneurship. In 2004, Gatien attended the University of the Sunshine Coast for a year, studying Economics.
