Serdal Sayar

Serdal Sayar began their work experience in 2009 as a Particulier Advies at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Serdal then moved on to CAPTER Nijmegen B.V. (Welten) in 2010, where they served as a Team Captain, overseeing the performance of the contact center and managing a team of approximately 75 colleagues. From 2013 to 2015, Sayar worked at House of Sales as an Account Executive, focusing on upselling financial products and providing training and recruitment support. In 2016, they joined TRAVEL ASIA as a Travel Asia staff member. Sayar then transitioned to WebAds in 2017, where they worked as an Account Executive, connecting media agencies and publishers and handling key accounts. In 2018, Sayar joined Flowbox as the Head of Partnerships, responsible for managing partnerships and business development. Serdal later took on the role of Partnerships & Business Developer Europe before becoming the Head of Partnerships. In 2021, Sayar briefly worked at ShoppingTomorrow as a Personalized E-commerce Expert. Currently, Sayar is the Partner Manager EMEA & APAC at BlueConic, a position they have held since March 2022.

Serdal Sayar began their education at ROC Midden Nederland in 2008, where they obtained a MBO niveau 4 degree in Bank en Verzekeringswezen in 2011. After completing their degree at ROC Midden Nederland, they enrolled at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2011 and graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Comercieel Economie. Additionally, in 2012, Serdal attended EBFS for a brief period where they obtained a certification in WFT- Basis, Schade, and Consumptief krediet.
