Ross W. Fishbein

Ross W. Fishbein's work experience includes serving as the Head of Legal and Data Protection Officer at Bluecore, where they managed the commercial contracting process and integrated industry-standard terms and conditions. Prior to this, they were the Managing Partner at Fishbein Legal, where they assisted companies with their commercial contracting and risk-mitigation needs, with a focus on SaaS contract drafting and negotiation. Ross also worked at Sprinklr as the Director of Legal - Americas, overseeing contract negotiations and serving as a liaison for insurance brokers. Earlier in their career, they were a Legal Counsel at Bazaarvoice, handling day-to-day legal matters and conducting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Ross began their career as a Summer Associate at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP.

Ross W. Fishbein earned their J.D. in International Trade & Business Law from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 2010.
