Ark Nieckarz is a Principal Software Engineer at BlueCrest, specializing in the architecture and design of Vote-By-Mail and mail sorting software products utilized across various sectors, including local counties, financial institutions, insurance companies, government, and manufacturing industries. Before joining BlueCrest in November 2021, Ark gained extensive experience as a Software Development Engineer at Fluence Automation LLC and Bell and Howell, contributing to similar software solutions. Ark's early career included roles as a Software Developer at Panasonic and a Junior Fire Inspector/Computer Technician at Argonne National Laboratory. Ark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from DeVry University, obtained between 1990 and 1993.
