Lance Arneson

Lance Arneson is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of BlueCrest. With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance management of public and private companies, Lance’s experience is vital in leading the finance organization at BlueCrest. As the leader of global finance, Lance is responsible for advancing the finance strategy and collaborating with the leadership team to achieve all business objectives. Specifically, Lance drives action and accountability across the finance, accounting, tax and treasury functions as well as propels critical company initiatives necessary for achieving operational excellence.

Lance began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services (audit) practice. Subsequent to PricewaterhouseCoopers, while at Cerberus and its affiliates, he worked on all aspects of the deal lifecycle from diligence to divestiture, including holding senior finance leadership positions at Rafaella Apparel and New Avon (private equity owned Cerberus portfolio companies). Lance earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He and his wife Carissa along with three children reside on Long Island, NY. When not working or spending time with the family, Lance enjoys watching sports and outdoor physical activities.
