Michelle Archer

Michelle Archer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product and program management, currently serving as a Product Manager for Sortation Software Solutions at BlueCrest since October 2022. From September 2017, Michelle has been a Program Manager in Professional Services at Fluence Automation. Prior to this, Michelle held various roles including Program Manager and Product Manager at Bell and Howell, where tenure lasted from July 2002 to September 2017, along with roles as a Sorting Market Analyst, Product Specialist, SQA Development Engineer, and Technical Support Engineer. Earlier in Michelle's career, a position as a System Engineer was held at Lockheed Martin from May 1997 to July 2002. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University, earned between 2008 and 2011.
