Carmela Rosario Tupal

Carmela Rosario Tupal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Carmela Rosario currently works as a Human Resources Coordinator at Bluecrew since January 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at a Multinational Manufacturing Company from March 2005 to April 2018, where they started as an HR Staff for Training and Development and progressed to become an HR Senior Supervisor. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the administration and implementation of social legislative and company benefits for at least 2000 employees. Additionally, they managed the Medical unit of the HRM department.

Before their time at the manufacturing company, Carmela worked at the Provincial Government of Pampanga from June 2002 to March 2005. In this position, they handled the organization and facilitation of Trainees' Orientation Program and Job Induction Program, as well as supervised the On-the-Job Training of students, managing around 200 students per quarter.
