Mike Dozier

Mike Dozier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and software testing. Currently serving as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina since April 2023, Mike has previously held similar roles at SYSTEMTEC and Colonial Life, where contributions included Agile methodologies and systems engineering. Mike's career began at Colonial Life, where various positions were held from Systems Engineer to Business Specialist III and Systems Analyst III over a span of more than a decade. Prior experience also includes a role as Senior Software Tester and Offshore Coordinator at Aflac. Educationally, Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and International Studies, along with a minor in History, from the University of South Carolina.
