Amit Patel

Amit Patel is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in client engineering and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Client Engineer at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since May 2020, Amit oversees the engineering and level 3 support of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop infrastructure for over 4,000 users and is responsible for architecting a Citrix Cloud solution. Prior to this role, Amit worked at Life Care Centers of America from July 2012 to May 2020 as a Senior Systems Analyst, leading efforts in the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems. Amit’s career began at Rockliffe Systems, where from July 2002 to July 2012, multiple promotions were earned while providing comprehensive support for Microsoft Windows based messaging software products. Amit holds a degree from The University of Manchester, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
