Andy Barber, CBRM, holds an extensive background in business resilience and information technology, currently serving as the Manager of Business & Cyber Resilience at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since December 2008, with progressive roles in business resiliency and systems administration. Prior experience includes positions such as Network Administrator III at Express Check Advance, LLC, IT Manager / Systems Engineer at Southeast TN Development District, and Data Center Engineer at Freeliant, Inc. Barber earned a Master of Business Administration from Tennessee Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, complemented by education from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
