Avnish Malviya

Avnish Malviya is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in quality assurance and automation testing. Currently serving as a Business System Consultant and Test Architect at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since July 2017, Avnish developed a Hybrid Automation Framework for various projects, including Quality Care Rewards and Shared Health Mississippi. Prior experience includes a Senior QA Lead role at ValueMomentum, where Avnish led offshore teams in an Agile environment, streamlined SQA processes, and implemented automation frameworks using Java and Selenium. Earlier positions include QA Automation Lead at Inovalon and Senior Project Lead at Syntel, where Avnish successfully developed and implemented various automation strategies and frameworks that significantly improved testing efficiency. Avnish holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology.
