Casey Dungan

Casey Dungan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare finance and administration. Currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of BlueCare at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since January 2019, Casey has previously held the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the same organization. Prior to BlueCross BlueShield, Casey was Senior Vice President of Finance at the Tennessee Hospital Association, where important initiatives related to reimbursement policies were implemented. Casey's career also includes a decade at the Tennessee Division of Health Care Finance and Administration, culminating in the role of Chief Financial Officer, overseeing an $11 billion budget and advising on Medicaid program finances. Educationally, Casey holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
