Jerome Beldin has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Jerome started their career as an Intern at Tennessee Valley Authority in 2003 and later worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Life Care Centers of America from 2004 to 2005. Jerome then transitioned to the role of Systems Analyst at the same company from 2005 to 2012, where they specialized in Citrix systems, WYSE thin clients, datacenter, and WAN networking. In 2012, they joined BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee as a Systems Engineer 2, and later advanced to the position of Enterprise Information Technology Team Lead in October 2019.

Jerome Beldin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Southern Adventist University. Jerome attended the university from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in June 2022.
