Joseph Anderson

Joseph Anderson, CMA, currently serves as the Manager of Financial Planning at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, focusing on expense and revenue analysis for the Shared Health line of business while enhancing processes and developing reporting tools. Prior experience at Unum includes roles as Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed managing a $200M budget for multiple departments and streamlining budget processes, as well as overseeing teams and transitioning new lines of business. Joseph's earlier experience includes management positions at Chili's and ownership of a bookstore, complemented by an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
