Justin Houser

Justin Houser has cultivated a diverse professional background in facilities management and aviation services. Currently serving as a Facilities Helpdesk Specialist at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since December 2019, Justin monitors calls to ensure quality service and timely resolution of issues. Previously, Justin held the position of Line Service Supervisor at Wilson Air Center from February 2014 to October 2019, overseeing operations on the flight line while enforcing safety and customer service standards. Prior experience includes a role in production at McKee Foods Corporation, where Justin operated plant machinery, and as a Line Service Technician at TAC Air, providing comprehensive support to aviation clients. Justin holds a diploma in Microcomputer Specialist from the Tennessee Technology Center at Knoxville, obtained between 2001 and 2003.
